About IdeaJacked
IdeaJacked started out as a book based on inventor Pat Kennedy’s frustrations with having 18 of his hard years of innovative work completely disregarded by counterfeiting thieves (also known as IdeaJackers). As the book publication process neared an end, we on the IdeaJacked team realized that intellectual property theft affects everyone and that the book only covers one of many IdeaJacked stories. How many other people out there have been IdeaJacked? we wondered. That’s when we decided to turn IdeaJacked into something more. Our hope is that the IdeaJacked Innovation and Ethical Trade blog fosters a community of innovative global citizens concerned about the surge in intellectual property theft and ready to take action to help crack down on counterfeit trade.
So, we’re wondering: Have you been IdeaJacked? Do you have suggestions for how to outwit IdeaJackers? We want to hear your stories and your insights. As all things, this website is a work in progress and will continue to evolve over time; thus, we deeply appreciate your comments, suggestions, and input. (Please e-mail any input you may have to [admin@IdeaJacked.com]. Stories and insights can be submitted by clicking on the appropriate
heading at the top of the page.)
Sincerely,
